There are numerous ferry connections from Poland across the Baltic Sea to Sweden. Direct routes are offered from the three Polish ferry ports of Swinoujscie, Gdansk and Gdynia to Trelleborg, Ystad, Karlskrona and Stockholm (Nynäshamn).
