Karu'ferry

Karu'Ferry is a ferry operator in Guadeloupe connecting the main island with Les Saintes and Marie-Galante. The company enables travel for leisure, work, study or visiting relatives, and maintains vital links between the islands.

Karu'Ferry offers 2 to 3 daily rotations, 7 days a week, between Pointe-à-Pitre and Saint-Louis de Marie-Galante. In 2025 the company introduced regular services on this route. There are also rotations to Les Saintes from Trois-Rivières and Bouillante. The crossing from Pointe-à-Pitre to Marie-Galante takes around 1 hour 15 minutes, and from Trois-Rivières to Les Saintes around 30 minutes.

Passengers travel aboard Capo Rosso, a solar-powered 90-seat monohull built for fast, comfortable crossings. Tickets can be bought at Gare Maritime de Bergevin in Pointe-à-Pitre, at the ports of Grand-Bourg and Saint-Louis on Marie-Galante, and at the agency in Trois-Rivières.

Karu'Ferry tickets can be changed free of charge (subject to availability), are valid for one year, but are not refundable. The crossing between Terre de Bas and Terre de Haut takes just 10 minutes. Along with other operators such as Express des Iles, the company helps round out the inter-island ferry network in Guadeloupe.
