The ferry port of San Domino lies on the largest of the Tremiti Islands in the Adriatic off the coast of Apulia. NLG runs from Termoli all year round with up to 3 crossings a day, and the trip takes 50 minutes to 2 hours. Cars are not allowed on the islands.

San Nicola ferry port lies on the most historic of the Tremiti Islands, known for the abbey of Santa Maria a Mare and its fortifications. NLG links San Nicola with Termoli daily, and the crossing takes about 1.5 hours.
