TT-Line GmbH is a shipping company based in Lübeck that has offered ferry connections between Travemünde in Schleswig-Holstein and Trelleborg in southern Sweden since 1962. With up to 23 departures a day, the company links Germany's largest Baltic Sea ports with Sweden's most important ferry port.
The ferry connections run from Travemünde and Rostock (Germany), as well as Świnoujście (Poland), to Trelleborg, the southern Swedish transport hub. The Rostock-Trelleborg route takes about 6.5 hours, with prices starting from €39. Travemünde-Trelleborg costs from €49.
The fleet comprises nine comfortable Sweden ferries: Nils Holgersson, Akka, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Robin Hood, Nils Dacke, Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn and Marco Polo. All ships offer free WiFi, and most have restaurants, lounges, duty-free shops and children's areas.
Children under 17 travel free on the Rostock-Trelleborg route (only statutory Marpol and ETS fees apply). The new "Green Ships" offer up to 32 charging points for electric vehicles, so passengers can conveniently charge their cars during the crossing.
