Bornholmslinjen is a brand of the Danish shipping company Molslinjen A/S, Denmark's largest domestic ferry operator, which runs ten routes with 20 ships. In 2016 Molslinjen won a ten-year public tender for the ferry service to Bornholm, which launched in September 2018 under the name Bornholmslinjen.

Bornholmslinjen connects the Danish island of Bornholm from Rønne with three destinations: Køge on Zealand (Denmark), Ystad in southern Sweden, and Sassnitz on the German Baltic island of Rügen. The Rønne-Ystad route has a crossing time of 1 hour 20 minutes, with multiple daily departures year-round.

On 29 April 2023, Molslinjen introduced the newly built high-speed ferry EXPRESS 5 on the main Rønne-Ystad route. The EXPRESS 5 is currently the world's largest high-speed ferry. It replaced the Express 1, an Incat-built catamaran, which had itself replaced the earlier main ferry Leonora Christina. The Hammershus offers more than 800 lane metres for trailers and vehicles.

Until 2011 the company was known as Bornholmstrafikken, before becoming a subsidiary of Danske Færger. The historic HSC Villum Clausen (2000-2017) entered the Guinness Book of Records with a top speed of 48 knots. The MS Hammerodde (2005-2018) was fitted with an additional vehicle deck at the stern in 2010. Restaurants and lounges are available on board.
