The Chaokoh Group operates a fleet of ferries in the Andaman Sea off Thailand's west coast, connecting the popular tourist island of Koh Phi Phi with Krabi, Phuket and Koh Lanta. The company offers two sailings in each direction on each of its three routes.

Chaokoh Ferry serves three main routes in the Andaman Sea. The Phuket to Koh Phi Phi route covers about 48 kilometres, departing from Rassada Pier near Phuket Town and arriving at Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi. The crossing takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. From Krabi via Klong Jilard Pier to Koh Phi Phi is about 42 kilometres, with departures at 10:30am and 3:00pm. The Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lanta route covers about 32 kilometres.

The ferries between Koh Phi Phi and Koh Lanta are two-deck vessels with air-conditioned cabins. Padded seating provides comfort for the roughly one-hour crossing. From Phuket to Koh Phi Phi there are departures at 11:00am and 3:00pm, and in the opposite direction at 9:00am and 2:00pm.

The main piers are Rassada Pier in Phuket, the main ferry terminal, Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi, Saladan Pier on Koh Lanta and Klong Jilard Pier in Krabi. Tickets start from 450 THB. The best time to travel is during the dry season from November to April, with sunny, clear days and minimal risk of rain.
