CTM (Compagnie de Transport Maritime) Deher is a family business founded in the 1970s by Adolphe Deher to improve access to Les Saintes for locals and tourists. The company has played a major role in opening up Les Saintes and developing tourism in the archipelago.

CTM Deher operates ferry connections in the French Antilles between the Guadeloupe islands of Basse-Terre and Terre-de-Haut in the southern Caribbean. Ferries run 7 times a day and up to 42 times a week on the popular route from Trois-Rivières (Basse-Terre) to Les Saintes (Terre-de-Haut). The crossing over the 7-mile stretch between the ports takes about 15 minutes. CTM Deher does not carry vehicles.

The fleet consists of 4 vessels: Antoinette, Miss Karaïbes, Miss des Îles and Miss Outre-Mer. The Antoinette is about 33 metres long and can carry up to 200 passengers, 70 in the main lounge and 130 on the sun deck, with air conditioning and an on-board bar.

In 2023, CTM Deher put the Miss Outre-Mer into service, an ultramodern catamaran with 316 seats for greater comfort, speed and safety. The main deck seats 221 passengers, with four wheelchair spaces, a kiosk, TV screens, WiFi and six bathrooms. The upper deck holds up to 143 passengers, including 48 in outdoor seats.
