The Compagnie Tunisienne de Navigation (CTN, also known as COTUNAV) is a Tunisian shipping company founded on 7 March 1959, offering regular passenger ferry connections between Tunisia and the ports of Marseille and Genoa, as well as freight services to Barcelona and Livorno. It is wholly owned by the Tunisian state and falls under the Ministry of Transport.

CTN initially focused on developing regular shipping links between Tunisia and its main trading partners, primarily Marseille and Rouen. As Tunisia's foreign trade diversified, the company expanded its network to ports in Italy, Spain, Germany and the Benelux countries. In 1978, the ferry Habib launched passenger services between Tunis, Marseille and Genoa.

The modern fleet comprises six ships. The Carthage, which entered service in 1999, carries 2,208 passengers and 666 vehicles at 23.5 knots. The Tanit, built in 2012, can carry 3,200 passengers and 1,060 vehicles at 27.5 knots. The main routes are Genoa-Tunis, Marseille-Tunis and Marseille-Zarzis. The shortest route, Marseille-Tunis, takes 20 hours, while Genoa-Tunis takes about 22 hours.

On board there are restaurants, cafés, shops, children's play areas, a swimming pool and prayer rooms. In 2023, CTN experimented with extending crossing times by 3.5 hours to reduce the fleet's fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
