Dodekanisos Seaways is a Greek ferry company founded in 1999 by Giorgos Spanos on Rhodes. The company began operations with the high-speed catamaran Dodekanisos Express, built exclusively by the Norwegian shipyard Båtservice Mandal AS and delivered in 2000.

Dodekanisos Seaways connects popular destinations such as Rhodes, Symi, Panormitis (Symi), Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Lipsi, Patmos, Agathonisi, Kastellorizo, Chalki, Tilos, Nisyros, Arki and Astypalaia, as well as the eastern Aegean islands of Samos, Ikaria and Fourni. Its headquarters is at Kolona Port on Rhodes, with representatives in all destination ports and partnerships with more than 400 travel agencies.

The fleet consists of two high-speed catamarans built in Norway. The Dodekanisos Express carries 337 passengers and 6 vehicles at a cruising speed of 30 knots. The Dodekanisos Pride, in service since 2005, carries 280 passengers and 9 vehicles, also at 30 knots. In 2011, the Japanese-built passenger and vehicle ferry Panagia Skiadeni joined the fleet, carrying 600 passengers and 115 vehicles at a speed of 16 knots.

The company has received notable awards, including the 2015 "Best Ferry Company" award from Lloyd's List. In 2016, Dodekanisos Seaways received commendations from the Hellenic Red Cross, the Municipality of Rhodes and the Central Port Authority of Rhodes for its contributions and achievements.
