FRS Clipper (formerly Clipper Vacations) was founded in 1986 and operates high-speed passenger ferries between Seattle and Victoria. Since 2016 the company has been part of the German FRS Group, headquartered in Flensburg, and has carried more than 8 million passengers.

The company runs the Victoria Clipper, a fast passenger-only ferry service between downtown Seattle and the Inner Harbour in Victoria, British Columbia. The crossing through Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca takes around 2 hours and 45 minutes. The service runs daily, year-round. Since March 2025, the Victoria terminal has been located in the historic Steamship Building on Belleville Street.

The fleet consists of two high-speed catamarans: the MV Victoria Clipper V (525 passengers), built in Norway in 2003 and acquired by FRS in 2017, and the MV San Juan Clipper, used for whale- and wildlife-watching tours. From mid-May to September, the company also runs services to Friday Harbor, Washington, with orca and grey whale-watching trips.

A new whale-watching vessel is currently being built at Mavrik Marine Inc. in La Conner, Washington, and is due for delivery in May 2026. The governments of British Columbia and Canada have announced the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project, with a new permanent terminal due to open in 2028.
