Island Queen is a small ferry operator based in the US state of Massachusetts. The company's namesake vessel, M/V Island Queen, has been in service since 1974; details of the company's founding and ownership are not published.
Sailings are confined to the New England coastal waters between Cape Cod and the offshore island of Martha's Vineyard. The Falmouth departure point is at 75 Falmouth Heights Road, while on the island side the ferry docks at Oak Bluffs Harbor.
Island Queen measures around 38 metres and carries up to 522 passengers. On board there is a snack bar and toilets. Vehicles are not carried, so you travel as a foot passenger. The timetable offers up to ten departures a day.
