KOMPAS (Adriatic Lines) is a ferry company based in Istria, Croatia, with over 70 years of maritime service. The company connects Istrian ports and Piran (Slovenia) with Venice, and Dubrovnik with Montenegro, offering comfortable catamaran crossings of the Adriatic.

The fast ferries connect the Istrian ports of Poreč, Rovinj, Pula, Umag and Piran with Venice. The crossing takes around three hours, with daily return sailings from May to early October. Kompas offers around 3 departures a day and up to 17 weekly crossings across 14 ferry routes. In summer, the Dubrovnik-Montenegro route also runs, with the catamaran Antonija connecting Dubrovnik and Budva in just 2 hours.

The fleet includes modern catamarans such as Prince of Venice and Adriatic Jet (also known as HSC Anđela). On board there is air-conditioned seating, toilets, three outer decks with excellent views, and WiFi. E-tickets are available, so nothing needs printing. A major advantage of the routes is bypassing traffic jams and border crossings.

Departures are from San Basilio port in Venice (500 m from the church of San Sebastiano), the town centre by the red lighthouse in Piran, and the port in Gruž Bay in Dubrovnik (3 km from the historic centre). Parking is available nearby.
