Meimon Taiyo Ferry is a Japanese shipping company. It was founded on 14 November 1984; its major shareholders include Keihan Co., Ltd. and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines.

Its operating area is the Seto Inland Sea, between the Kansai region and northern Kyushu. The route runs between Osaka and Shinmoji port in Kitakyushu. The company sails daily, with two departures in each direction.

The crossing is set up as an overnight sailing and takes around twelve hours. The first departure leaves in the early evening and arrives early the next morning; the second leaves late in the evening and arrives during the morning. Four ships are in service: Ferry Osaka II, Ferry Kitakyushu II, Ferry Kyoto and Ferry Fukuoka. Depending on the vessel, they carry around 675 to 713 passengers.
