Navi Tremiti is an Italian ferry company based in Peschici, in the Apulia region. For more than 30 years the company has run ferry services between the eastern Italian mainland and the Tremiti Islands, the "pearls of the Adriatic".

The ferry routes run from three mainland ports in Apulia - Vieste, Peschici and Rodi Garganico - to the Tremiti Islands of San Domino and San Nicola. Depending on the route, the crossing takes between 50 minutes and just over 2 hours. The Tremiti Islands, made up of San Nicola, San Domino, Capraia, the islet of Cretaccio and the island of Pianosa, are part of the Gargano National Park.

The ferry services are for foot passengers only - cars are not permitted on the Tremiti Islands, except under special permits for island residents. Pets are welcome on board for an additional fee.

Adult tickets cost around 35 euros (return) on weekdays and around 29 euros at weekends. Children aged 0-2 travel free, while reduced fares apply for those aged 3-12. Most routes run seasonally - only the Termoli-Tremiti service operates year-round.
