Phi Phi Cruiser is a leading speedboat operator in southern Thailand that has connected travellers with the region's breathtaking islands since 1980. The company runs services to the Phi Phi Islands, where turquoise water, unspoilt beaches and vibrant marine life come together.

Departures run from Rassada Pier in Phuket to Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi as well as to destinations such as Krabi, Ao Nang, Railay and Koh Lanta. By speedboat, the journey from Phuket to the Phi Phi Islands takes around 50 minutes at a cost of around 800 THB, or around 1 hour 30 minutes by ferry for 450 THB. The legendary Maya Bay on Koh Phi Phi Leh, made famous by the film "The Beach", is one of the main destinations.

Up to 35 sailings a day run on this route from 10 different operators, with ferry departures from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Phi Phi Island can only be reached by boat, with the nearest airports being Phuket International Airport and Krabi Airport.

The best time to visit is from November to January, when the weather is pleasant, the water calm and the air less humid - perfect for swimming, snorkelling and beach activities. In addition to ferry fares, national park fees apply (400 THB for adults, 200 THB for children).
