Rottnest Fast Ferries is an Australian company based in Western Australia. James Mulholland and Luke Crispin took over the operation in December 2012 and have run it as directors ever since.
The operating area is small and clearly defined: from Hillarys Boat Harbour north of Perth, daily across to Rottnest Island.
Two vessels run the route: the Harbour Master, in service since 2020, and the Ocean Master, a high-speed catamaran purpose-built for the route and introduced in 2025. The operation also includes around 200 bike hires for the island, in the fleet since December 2019, plus two buses that bring guests from suburbs of Perth to the harbour.
