SamsøLinjen (formerly known as SamsøFærgen) is the ferry link between Ballen on Samsø and Kalundborg on Zealand, operated by shipping line Molslinjen. In 2018, the Alslinjen, Langelandslinjen, Samsølinjen and Fanølinjen routes became part of Molslinjen with its takeover of Danske Færger.

SamsøLinjen runs between Ballen on Samsø and Kalundborg on Zealand (Sjælland), with a crossing time of 1 hour 30 minutes. Because of reconstruction work at Ballen harbour, the ferry has sailed to/from Kolby Kås instead of Ballen since 1 November 2024.

The Hou-Sælvig route was transferred to the new municipal operator Samsø Rederi in 2014. From Jutland, the Prinsesse Isabella carries passengers from Hou near Odder to Sælvig on Samsø, with several departures daily. The crossing takes 60 minutes. The Prinsesse Isabella is the first Danish domestic ferry to run on liquefied natural gas (LNG).

Tickets can be booked in advance, with many low-price fares from 99 kroner. The timetable for the whole of 2026 is already available.
