The ferry port of Agnontas is on Skopelos in Greece, on the south coast of the island in the Northern Sporades. From here you can reach Skiathos. One departure a day is listed in the timetable, and the crossing takes around 15 minutes. The port is served by SeaJets.
Agnontas is not a port for everyday operations but the fallback berth for Skopelos. When strong winds make the harbour basin of the island capital unusable, ferries and hydrofoils divert here, because the sheltered bay on the south side is still workable. For you as a traveller that means two things: a booking may say Skopelos and mean Agnontas on the day, and the departure point can change at short notice. So in windy weather, check again on your travel day which berth your vessel actually leaves from.
