Antikythera is a tiny Greek island between Kythira and the north-western tip of Crete, and administratively it belongs to the Attica region. It is known above all for the ancient mechanism recovered from a shipwreck off its coast in 1901. Only a few dozen people live here, and the ferry port is correspondingly small.
Even so, 4 destinations depend on it. SeaJets links Antikythera with Kythira in about 1.5 hours and with Kissamos on Crete in about 1.75 hours, both on just under three days a week. Beyond that there are Gythio on the Peloponnese in about 4.5 hours and Piraeus in a good 8.75 hours, both less often. Together the services run up to 8 departures a day, but spread over the week there are considerably fewer, and on some days nothing sails at all. Expect wind to shift the timetables: the passage between Kythira and Crete is one of the windiest corners of the Aegean, and in a strong northerly the call is sometimes cancelled.
