The Barefoot Kuata Island landing lies on the island of Kuata in Fiji and serves a single beach resort, not a settlement. It is called at from Denarau, the only destination in the timetable. The timetable lists up to 2 departures a day and the crossing takes around 1.75 hours. The service is operated by South Sea Cruises.
Getting there and the terminal
At the other end of the route the fast catamaran Yasawa Flyer sails from Port Denarau, where South Sea Cruises runs it. It links the marina with the islands of the Yasawa group and works through the resorts as a continuous line with intermediate stops; you book either the single trip or a pass that includes any number of transfers. So you do not board a vessel of your own, you simply get off at your island.
Neither the operator nor the resort publishes reliable information on the landing on Kuata itself, and no check-in deadline is stated anywhere. Sort out the procedure when you check in at Port Denarau, and reckon with tropical storms suspending the timetable of the Yasawa line at short notice.
