Bøjden ferry port lies in the south-west of Funen in Denmark. From here you can reach Fynshav on the island of Als. A ferry leaves up to 16 times a day and the crossing takes around 45 minutes. The port is served by Molslinjen, which runs the route under the name Alslinjen. For travellers from the south of Funen it is the short cut towards the German border: it saves the detour via the Little Belt bridge.

Getting there and the terminal

The ferry terminal has the address Bøjdenlandevej 49, 5600 Bøjden, and lies at the end of the country road of the same name. Its counterpart on Als you will find at Færgevej 2A in Fynshav.

Check-in

Alslinjen expects you at the harbour 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. This deadline applies to cars, motorcycles and scooters just as much as to caravan combinations, cyclists, foot passengers, groups and coaches. Only if you drive a disabled-adapted vehicle should you allow 30 minutes, so that driving on board goes smoothly.
