The ferry port of Budva is in Montenegro. From here you can reach Dubrovnik. There are up to 2 sailings a day and the crossing takes around 2 hours. The route is served by Kompas.
The berth is called Luka Budva and is run not by a port company but by the state-owned Morsko dobro, which administers the Montenegrin coast and maintains a separate division for the Budva port authority. Luka Budva is a marina by origin: 560 berths, designed for vessels of up to 70 metres in length, with full services on the pontoons. So the ferry to Dubrovnik ties up in a marina rather than at a ferry terminal of its own. Exactly where the catamaran berths and when you should be there is something you learn when you book; the port publishes no dependable information about it.
