Flesland belongs to Bergen and lies in the Ytrebygda district, where the city's airport is too. From here you can reach Bergen and Rosendal on the Hardangerfjord. Getting there and the terminal

The quay and the airport terminal are two different places. The berth is called Flesland kai, and Rødne Fjord Cruise links it to Bergen airport by bus: departures and arrivals are at stop A2 on the lower level of the airport. So allow for that ride on top of the crossing if you are coming straight from the terminal. In the operator's timetable, do not look for Bergen but for the entry "Flesland kai/Bergen Lufthavn Flesland": only that one shows the departures from this quay. Rødne also points out that there is no guarantee of a seat without booking ahead. So book your trip in advance rather than hoping for a free place at the quay.
