Getting there and the terminal
Sailings leave from Saquatucket Harbor, and the operator's ticket office stands at 731 Route 28 in Harwich Port. By car you take Route 6 to exit 10, then Route 124 south to Harwich Center, left into Main Street, right into Bank Street and left onto Route 28. After about half a mile the office is on your left.
Day visitors park free of charge in the operator's private car park. If you are staying overnight on Nantucket, you leave your car opposite at 702 Route 28, pay at the ticket office and display the parking permit you are given in the vehicle. On the municipal spaces at Saquatucket Harbor, overnight parking is ticketed or towed at your own expense.
Check-in
Boarding passes are issued only on the day of travel at the ticket office, and no later than 30 minutes before departure.
