The ferry port of Jeju is on Jeju in South Korea. From here you can reach 4 destinations, among them Wando, Mokpo and Nokdong. Together the routes run up to 12 departures a day. Crossings take between 2.75 and 4.5 hours. The port is served by Hanil Express, Namhae Gosok Ferry and Seaworld Express Ferry.
Getting there and the terminal
Jeju-si has two ferry terminals, and both are on the same street, Imhang-ro. Hanil Express checks in at the International Passenger Terminal, Imhang-ro 191; the Goldstellar and the Silvercloud sail from there to Wando. Seaworld Express Ferry to Mokpo, by contrast, uses the Coastal Passenger Terminal at Imhang-ro 111. The house numbers therefore separate two different buildings: check which one is on your ticket before you set off.
Check-in
At Hanil Express, processing closes 10 minutes before departure. Without ID there is no ticket and no access on board; an identity card, a driving licence and a passport are accepted, and for children without a document of their own a family register extract or the health insurance card. Anyone bringing a vehicle has to be there far earlier: loading starts an hour and a half before departure, vehicle check-in ends 30 minutes before departure, and you collect the loading confirmation at the quay before you pay at the desk. Seaworld Express Ferry also closes processing 10 minutes before departure.
