Anleger an der Saracen Bay (Ostseite der Insel)

The ferry port of Koh Rong Samloem lies on Saracen Bay, the wide bay on the eastern side of the Cambodian island, facing the mainland. From here you reach Sihanoukville. A boat leaves up to 14 times a day. The crossing takes around 45 minutes. The berth is served by Buva Sea Cambodia and G.T.V.C Boat.

Getting there and the terminal

The island has several berths and they are far apart. Besides Saracen Bay, boats also call at M'Pai Bay in the north and at Sandy Beach. So book exactly the berth your accommodation is on: there are no roads on Koh Rong Samloem in the usual sense. From Saracen Bay you can walk to Sunset Beach, Lazy Beach and Military Beach, whereas M'Pai Bay can only be reached by water taxi. On the mainland side, the speedboats leave from the GTVC pier near the autonomous port of Sihanoukville. A slower supply boat departs from Pier 52 and takes many times as long for the same distance.
