Sari Pacifica Resort Jetty

Lang Tengah Island ferry port is in Malaysia. From here you can reach Pulau Redang, Merang Jetty and Redang Island. Together the services add up to as many as 9 departures a day. The crossings take between 30 and 45 minutes. The port is served by Vigourmarine.

Getting there and the terminal

There is no public ferry port on Lang Tengah. The boats head for the resorts' own jetties, and this one belongs to the Sari Pacifica. Which berth your boat uses therefore depends on your accommodation: name it when you book, or you will end up at the neighbouring jetty and have to walk on along the beach.

The mainland counterpart is Merang Jetty in the Setiu district, around 25 kilometres north of Kuala Terengganu. From Sultan Mahmud Airport in Kuala Terengganu it is about 30 kilometres to the jetty. On site you will find ticket counters, toilets and a few food stalls. The crossing to Lang Tengah takes 30 minutes to an hour depending on the boat and the weather; the timetable allows 45 minutes.

Check-in

Check-in is at the Merang Jetty counter, where you also collect your boarding pass. Vigourmarine asks you to be there an hour and a half before departure; anyone who has not checked in 40 minutes before departure may lose their seat to other travellers.
