Mantoudi ferry port is on the north-west coast of Evia, in the regional unit of Euboea in central Greece, and is the shortest way from the island to the Northern Sporades. From here you can reach five destinations: Glossa on Skopelos and Skiathos, each with up to eight departures a day in around 1.75 hours, plus Alonissos and the main port of Skopelos. Thessaloniki is served only on individual days and, at 6.25 hours, is the longest trip from here. Together the services add up to as many as 24 departures a day. The port is served by Leve Ferries and SeaJets.
Getting there and the terminal
In the papers of the OLNE port authority the berth is called Mantoudi (Kimasi), and that addition is more than a formality: the quay is not in the village of Mantoudi but around four kilometres away on the bay of Kymasi. Type only the village name into your satnav and you will not end up at the ship. So plan those last few kilometres separately, especially if you are driving in from the direction of Chalkida.
