- Location
- Mellieħa
Marfa ferry port sits at the northern tip of Malta, in the municipality of Mellieħa and right next to Ċirkewwa, the terminal for the Gozo ferries. From here you can reach Comino. A boat leaves up to 25 times a day and the crossing takes around 15 minutes. The port is served by Comino Ferries.
Getting there and the terminal
Marfa and Ċirkewwa share the same timetable, so depending on the time of day you can use one berth or the other. Departures from Marfa run between 8:30 and 16:00, while Ċirkewwa operates until 17:00; during the day the boats run roughly every half hour. Neither berth has a terminal building — passengers are handled on the jetty. Comino Ferries itself is based on Triq il-Marfa in Ċirkewwa.
Check-in
The Comino Ferries boarding pass includes access to the island of Comino; no additional QR code is needed. The return trip is part of the same ticket: boats leave the Blue Lagoon until the early evening, or you can have yourself taken to Gozo instead and make your own way back to Malta from there.
