Marsala ferry port lies in the far west of Sicily. From here you can reach Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo, the three inhabited Aegadian Islands. Together the services run up to 17 departures a day. Crossings take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. The port is served by Liberty Lines.
Getting there and the terminal
The hydrofoils leave from the Molo d'Imbarco Aliscafi on Piazza Piemonte e Lombardo. The Liberty Lines desk is there too, the operator's only sales point in Marsala; it is open daily from 6:10 am to 7:30 pm. If you book online you do not need the desk, but you will find the current departure times there.
Check-in
Liberty Lines' conditions of carriage require you to be at the berth with a valid ticket at least 30 minutes before departure. After that carriage is no longer guaranteed. The order of boarding and disembarkation is set by the ship's master in each case. You can cancel up to 30 minutes before departure at the ticket office of the port of departure. Dangerous goods have to be declared to the operator three working days in advance.
