Mykonos ferry port is on Mykonos in Greece. Scheduled ships do not call at the Chora but at the New Port near Tourlos, a good two kilometres north of town. From here you can reach 24 destinations, among them Tinos, Rafina and Paros. Together the services add up to as many as 174 departures a day. Crossings take between 15 minutes and 7.5 hours. The port is served by 5 operators, among them Blue Star Ferries, Cyclades Fast Ferries and Golden Star Ferries. Tinos is 15 minutes away, Piraeus three hours, Rafina four.

Getting there and the terminal

The New Port near Tourlos handles the scheduled traffic with passenger and car ferries. The municipal port office keeps covered waiting areas, toilets, lighting and free wi-fi there. The same office runs the old harbour at the Chora, which is reserved for larger motor yachts, and the berths at Ornos, Platys Gialos and Kalafatis. So do not count on your ship tying up in town, and allow for the journey between the Chora and Tourlos.

Check-in

Blue Star Ferries asks you to be at the boarding area at least one hour before departure, with or without a vehicle.
