Ferries to Odiongan

The ferry port of Odiongan lies on Tablas in the Philippines. From here you can reach Batangas and Caticlan Jetty Port. Together the routes add up to as many as 4 departures a day. Crossings take between 3 and 10 hours. The port is served by 2GO Travel.

Check-in

2GO Travel is the only operator at Odiongan, so its house rule applies here: you should be at the check-in desk no later than four hours before the scheduled departure, and the boarding gate closes one hour before departure. You have to present a printed ticket and photo ID; if the terminal fee is not already included in the ticket, it is paid at this point.

After that the sequence is always the same: excess baggage at its own counter, security screening, ticket check at the terminal gate, then wait for the boarding call. On the long route to Batangas, which takes around ten hours, it pays to take that lead time seriously. If you miss the gate at Odiongan, you are not waiting until the next morning but for the next scheduled departure, and there is not one every day. The crossing to Caticlan on Panay is much shorter at three hours, but the required lead time stays the same.
