The ferry port of Porto Heli is on the east coast of the Peloponnese in Greece, in a sheltered bay in the regional unit of Argolis. From here you can reach 5 destinations, among them Hydra, Piraeus and Ermioni. Together the services add up to as many as 14 departures a day. Crossings take between 15 minutes and 3.25 hours. The port is served by Hellenic Seaways and Magic Sea Ferries.

Getting there and the terminal

The berth is in the town itself, on the busy waterfront with the marina and the cafés. The fast boats tie up at the quay there; there is no terminal building as such. Along with Ermioni, Porto Heli is one of the mainland ports that open up the Saronic Gulf: at a quarter of an hour, Spetses is the shortest crossing in the timetable, and ships run several times a day to Hydra and on to Piraeus.

Check-in

Magic Sea Ferries expects you in the boarding area 30 minutes before departure with your ticket and ID; with a vehicle it would be an hour. Take that half hour as a rule of thumb for all departures from Porto Heli, including those of Hellenic Seaways.
