The ferry port of Roscoff is on the northern edge of Brittany, in the Kernenguy district. From here you can reach Cork and Plymouth. Together the routes run up to 4 departures a day. Crossings take between 6.75 and 14 hours. The port is served by Brittany Ferries. That makes Roscoff the Breton bridgehead for traffic to England and Ireland.

Getting there and the terminal

Vessels berth at the Port du Bloscon. By car you reach it on the D69 towards Brest and Quimper and on the N58 to Morlaix and then the N12 to Rennes. You can park free of charge in front of the terminal for up to a week, and there are further free areas for long-stay parking and motorhomes. It is about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Roscoff; in summer the free Rosko Bus runs every 15 minutes. The nearest railway station is Morlaix, which bus line 29 reaches in 35 minutes, and taxis wait at the terminal. The building has a café, wi-fi, showers for a fee and charging points for electric cars.

Check-in

Brittany Ferries expects you at check-in at least 45 minutes before departure. With a dog or a cat you have to be there 90 minutes ahead.
