The ferry port of Sutivan is in Croatia, on the north-west coast of the island of Brač, facing the mainland and the city of Split. From here you can reach Split. There are up to 4 sailings a day and the crossing takes around 30 minutes. The port is served by Krilo Shipping Company. The service is run with catamarans, so you cannot take a car on this route.
Brač has several berths and they are a long way apart. Krilo also lists Supetar and Milna on the island in its timetable. If you are booking accommodation on Brač, settle before you book which port is meant: the roads between the berths on this mountainous island are long, and the quick half hour across the water is soon lost again.
