The ferry port of Tanjung Pengelih is in Malaysia. From here you can reach the Tanah Merah terminal in Singapore, and the crossing takes around 45 minutes. There are up to 2 sailings a day. More important than the frequency here, though, is the day of the week: Batam Fast does not run the route continuously but only at weekends, leaving Tanah Merah on Saturday and Sunday mornings and returning from Tanjung Pengelih in the afternoon. If you are travelling midweek, you will find no departure at this berth.
