The ferry port of Waterfront is on Batam in Indonesia and serves above all the resorts of Waterfront City. From here you can reach the HarbourFront Centre in Singapore. There are up to 4 sailings a day and the crossing takes around an hour. The port is served by Sindo Ferry.
Getting there and the terminal
The operator lists the berth as the Waterfront City Ferry Terminal. Its desk there is on level 1 and is not staffed continuously but at weekends between 12:00 and 14:00. That fits the pattern of the route: the service to Singapore does not run daily but on single days of the week. So check the timetable further down this page before you set off, rather than counting on a daily departure.
On the other side the boats dock at the HarbourFront Centre, 5 HarbourFront Avenue #01-11 in Singapore; that desk is open daily from 7:00 to 21:30. The route is an international service, so passports and border controls are part of it at both ends.
