- Port Denarau Terminal (Abfertigung)
Wayalailai Ecohaven ferry port is in Fiji, on the route of the daily island transfers between the Mamanuca and the Yasawa Islands. From here you can reach Denarau on the main island of Viti Levu in about 1.75 hours. Up to 2 ships leave each day, seven days a week. The island is served by South Sea Cruises.
Getting there and the terminal
All of the operator's resort transfers start and end at Port Denarau on Viti Levu and serve the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands from there daily. On the island side there is no terminal in the usual sense: according to the operator, most resorts have no jetty where the catamaran could tie up, so the last stretch between ship and beach is covered in smaller tenders. Plan for that if you have bulky luggage with you.
Check-in
Check-in is at the South Sea Cruises desk in the Port Denarau terminal, 30 minutes before the ship leaves. On the way back you go by the pick-up time your resort gives you for the tender transfer.
