Corralejo ferry port lies in the north of Fuerteventura in the municipality of La Oliva. From here you can reach Playa Blanca and Lobos. Together the connections add up to as many as 77 departures a day. Crossings take between 15 and 30 minutes. 6 operators call at the port, among them Balearia, Ferry Isla De Lobos and Fred Olsen Express.

Getting there and the terminal

The port is run by the regional company Puertos Canarios. It lies at the northernmost tip of the island in the municipal area of La Oliva; the main mole runs 405 metres east as a stone breakwater. Facilities include 100 car parking spaces, car hire desks, a restaurant, fresh water and round-the-clock security. Besides the scheduled ferries to Lanzarote, the excursion boats and the boats of the local fishing cooperative lie here, so the port is a busy one.

Check-in

Fred Olsen Express requires foot passengers to be ready to board no later than 20 minutes before departure. Vehicles have to be on the quay ready for loading 40 minutes before departure. Both apply unless your ticket states other deadlines. Under the conditions of carriage, if you miss them you automatically lose the right to travel and the booking is forfeited.
