Ferries to Hua Hin

Hua Hin, on the western shore of the Gulf of Thailand, appears in the timetable as a starting point for Ko Phangan, Koh Samui and Koh Tao. Together the services run up to 12 departures a day, and the journeys take between 7.25 and 9.75 hours. They are operated by Lomprayah High Speed Ferries. The duration alone shows that what you book here is not a pure sea crossing: in its own route overview the operator lists Bangkok, Chumphon and Surat Thani as its mainland departure points, and Hua Hin does not appear there as a port. So before booking, check where exactly you will be picked up in Hua Hin and at which pier the crossing begins.
