Khao Sok ferry port is in Thailand. From here you can reach Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, the three large islands in the Gulf of Thailand. Together the services run up to 9 departures a day, three per destination. The journeys take between 4 and 5.5 hours. The service is operated by Lomlahkkhirin and Lomprayah High Speed Ferries.
Getting there and the terminal
There is no landing stage here. Khao Sok lies in Phanom district in Surat Thani province, in the mountainous interior of southern Thailand and therefore far from any coast. What appears on this page as a connection is a through-booked transfer in two stages: first overland across the province to the Gulf coast, then by boat to the island. The four to five and a half hours quoted cover both stages, not just the time on the water. Where exactly the transfer starts depends on the provider and is stated on the ticket. Take the departure time seriously: missing a transfer here does not mean the next ferry in an hour, but the next departure many hours later.
