The ferry port of Krabi Airport is in Thailand. From here you can reach Koh Phi Phi and Phuket. Together the services add up to as many as 20 departures a day. The crossing takes around 3 hours. The port is served by Andaman Wave Master, Seatran Discovery and Tigerline Ferry.
Getting there and the terminal
One thing to know first: there is no berth at Krabi Airport. It is a pick-up point that the operators list alongside the actual piers, so that you can travel on after landing without arranging anything yourself. Seatran Discovery lists "Krabi Airport" and "Krabi (Klong Jilad Pier)" as separate pick-up points for the same services; you board at Klong Jilad Pier near Krabi Town. Andaman Wave Master likewise gives Klong Jilad Pier as the departure point for its sailings to Koh Phi Phi, and adds the Railay East Floating Pier for speedboats. So if you book here, allow for the road leg between airport and pier from the outset, and have the operator confirm where and when the pick-up takes place.
