Mahon ferry port lies in one of the largest natural bays in the Mediterranean, an arm of the sea more than six kilometres long that reaches right up to the old town of Menorca's capital. From here you can reach 4 destinations: Alcúdia on Mallorca in 3.75 hours, Palma in 6 hours, Barcelona overnight in 8 hours and Valencia in up to 15 hours. Getting there and the terminal
Grandi Navi Veloci handles check-in at Moll Cos Nou, 07701 Maó. The port is embedded in the town, so you need neither a long transfer nor a remote terminal: city buses and taxis run right up to the quay, and by car you simply enter the quay address into your satnav.
Check-in
Grandi Navi Veloci requires you to be at the port two hours before departure with a vehicle, and an hour before on foot. In both cases check-in closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Bring your ticket, printed if possible, and an identity card or passport for every passenger.
